We’re a small team (currently one developer) working on Wire Solved in spare time.
Response times:
- Email: 2-3 business days typically
- GitHub issues: Reviewed weekly, critical bugs addressed within 24-48 hours
- Feature requests: Acknowledged within 1 week, implementation timeline varies
Emergency? If you have a critical electrical issue with an installation in progress, please consult a local electrician rather than waiting for a response. Wire Solved is an educational tool, not emergency support.
